Which shipping services are you using?
Parcels are shipped with DHL, TNT and Crono Internazionale.
When will I receive my parcel?
After reception of the order confirmation e-mail, parcels are delivered in:
– from 2-4 business days for UE and 7-8 for the rest of the world
Please note these delays are estimated and given by the carrier.
How can I estimate my shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart, when you have entered your personal information. It takes into account the weight of your articles and your location. The final cost of your shopping cart includes shipping costs.
Do you deliver worldwide?
In short, yes we do deliver worldwide with Colissimo International-La Poste. Although there are some countries that we do not deliver to or ask for more justificative because of high levels of fraud.

Can I send any product back if I am unsatisfied with it?
Sixpack France is committed to exchange or refund any product that would not suit (except for sale products or promotions). Refunds aren’t possible to be made when you use eCheck due to security measures. The shipping and return costs will be at your expense.
How can I send back or exchange my products?
